Elyse has been an exceptional occupational therapist. She is kind, patient, encouraging, and truly invested in helping children succeed. Believe and achieve it. Is the best decision I have made for my son. Is going to be 4 year since my son started to come to Believe It and Achieve It. Since day one we have been treated with respect, from all the therapist and staff. They are very professional and amazing. All therapist take time to understand my child unique needs and developed a tailored therapy plan that has led to significant improvements in our child, behavior, communication, and social skills. The therapists are well-trained and consistently demonstrate their commitment to our son progress. My son has been taking - Speech Therapy - Occupational Therapy - Physical Therapy - Feeding Therapy - ABA Therapist Our experience has been excellent and life-changing for our family. We couldn't be happier with the progress and the services provided by all therapist and staff. Thank you so much for understand and care for my son as well the support they have been giving me.

My daughter comes here for speech therapy and the therapists are great! However, the older lady at the front desk with reddish thin hair is extremely rude and unfriendly. Lacks proper customer service for the parents in my opinion. She was extremely rude to me today when I was inquiring about a reschedule from last week for occupational therapy. When bringing your child somewhere for assistance the customer service should be just as helpful and not rude.

My son has been attending therapy (both speech and occupational) at Believe It and Achieve It for about 4 years now. The entire staff is like family to us; they are all so supportive, and everyone goes above and beyond to help us. We've had the same OT since we started, and have been with the same 2 speech therapists for almost 3 years now as well. The consistency with the staff, and low staff turn over, has been really wonderful, as my son thrives on consistency. When we decided to pursue getting a speech device for my son, the therapists researched, and spent a lot of time learning the device so that they could better work with him. They know what works for him, and they go out of their ways to accommodate his needs. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for therapy for their child.

My daughter has been coming since March of 2023. I feel this office was an answer to our prayers. The front office staff Vanessa, Tiffani and Esta do an amazing job. Our new therapist Victoria has made a such a difference in our lives. It was a smooth transition going from Emily to Victoria. the entire staff makes you feel like you're part of the family. Thank you so much from all of us .
