I thought my husband’s coffee obsession was getting a little dramatic. Then I tried Good Grounds coffee beans! These small batch organic, little beans from Colombia, freshly roasted right here in Tampa, revolutionized my morning coffee! You can literally see how fresh the beans are. Hand-picked, shade-grown, no weird chemicals, small-batch, family-farm stuff. The difference is actually kind of ridiculous. Once you taste it, regular coffee becomes old news. Also, the bagels! Dangerously good. And Anis and Jadyn were so genuinely kind it made the whole stop feel like a tiny vacation. If you’re still stuck in bulk-chain-coffee land… consider this your friendly warning. There’s no going back. Your taste buds will thank you (and possibly judge you for waiting so long). Highly recommend supporting these local Tampa roasters. Your future self will be very smug about it.

I am so excited to have a locally roasted coffee truck move in across the street next to FL Avenue Brewery, owned by amazing people. If you're in the area, stop by and try Good Grounds signature drinks. My favorite is taking home their dark roast fresh coffee beans so I can have fresh coffee all week.
