The Grove: A Seasonal Menu in Pineapple Grove

The Grove has anchored Delray Beach's Pineapple Grove Arts District since opening in November 2012, founded by chef and sommelier Michael Haycook, a Culinary Institute of America graduate with prior experience at Bernardus Lodge and Zuma Miami in South Beach. Over more than a decade in the neighborhood, Haycook expanded into an adjoining space to add a dedicated bar and additional seating.

Wagyu Strip and House Fettuccine

The kitchen builds a small, frequently rotating menu around dishes like grilled Hokkaido scallops with yuzu kosho butter, hamachi crudo, house fettuccine with short rib ragù, and a Japanese A5 wagyu strip, offered as examples of the restaurant's genuinely seasonal approach.
