The Cooper: Farm-to-Table Cooking in PGA Commons

Monday 24 August 2026·By The Cooper

The Cooper Craft Kitchen & Bar has served farm-to-table American fare within the PGA Commons dining district since 2014, operated by Max Restaurant Group under Executive Chef Adam Brown, previously of Burt & Max's Bar and Grille near Delray Beach. The restaurant took over a space along PGA Boulevard with a genuinely Old Florida-inspired, upscale-tavern concept from the very start.

Herb-Grilled Snapper and a Farmer's Market Vegetable Palette

The kitchen builds its menu around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, with dishes like herb-grilled Florida snapper, porcini-dusted diver scallops, and a signature Farmer's Market Vegetable Palette offered as examples. A 16-ounce Delmonico steak and beer-braised mussels round out a menu that proudly names specific local farm partners, including Swank Specialty Produce, Farmhouse Tomatoes, and Green Cay Farms.

An Outdoor Bar Strung With Lanterns

The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with a rustic interior accented by colorful touches and an outdoor patio strung with lanterns and mason-jar candles around a lively, genuinely popular outdoor bar. Florida craft beers from breweries like Due South and Funky Buddha pair nicely with handcrafted cocktails such as the Bees Knees martini.

Good to Know

The Cooper is located at 4610 PGA Blvd #100, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. For genuine farm-to-table American cooking in a warm, lantern-lit setting, it remains a dependable choice within PGA Commons.
