Stage Kitchen & Bar: A James Beard Semifinalist's Global Small Plates in Palm Beach Gardens

Stage Kitchen & Bar has served small plates rooted in global culinary tradition on PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens since 2020, co-founded by Chef Pushkar Marathe and hospitality partner Andy Dugard. Marathe trained in Switzerland before working across the Caribbean, the Cayman Islands, and the Middle East, and was later named a James Beard Foundation "Best Chef: South" semifinalist in 2023 for his work at Stage.

An Expanding Hospitality Group Built From One Restaurant

Stage's success led its founders to launch Ela Curry & Cocktails in 2022, Mango Mercado in 2024, and a second Stage Kitchen & Bar location in Boca Raton in 2025, all under their own Flavor Builders Hospitality group. USA Today named the original Palm Beach Gardens restaurant one of its Restaurants of 2024, a national recognition for a restaurant that started as a single small-plates concept.
