South Beach Seafood Festival Marks 14 Years With Four Days of Chef Dinners and a Beachfront Feast
The South Beach Seafood Festival celebrates its 14th year this October with four days of programming across Miami Beach, showcasing more than 40 of South Florida's top restaurants, chefs, and bartenders. The festival has been named a Top 5 Specialty Festival by USA Today and a Top 5 Fall event by Forbes, and it also marks the unofficial kickoff of Florida's stone crab season.
Four Days, Four Experiences
The week opens Wednesday with "Made in Miami" at Phuc Yea, followed by "An Evening in Miami Beach" on Thursday spanning Rao's Miami Beach and Macchialina. Friday brings the VIP Chef Showdown, before the festival culminates Saturday with the Seafood Slam, a full beachfront tasting day at Lummus Park.
Chefs, Cocktails, and a Cause
Throughout the week, expect chef collaborations and cocktail competitions alongside the seafood tastings. Proceeds from the festival benefit the CI Foundation's EAT SMART program.
