Same Kitchen, New Name

Sole Mio Kitchen & Bar is the rebranded version of the longtime Nicoletta's Pizzeria, operated by the same family in the same kitchen. As the restaurant puts it, "same kitchen, same family, new name" — but the transition added a full-service bar to the mix alongside the food guests already knew.

Pizza, Pasta, and More

The menu centers on NY-style hand-tossed pizza available in sizes from 12 to 18 inches, alongside traditional pasta and risotto dishes, Mediterranean-inspired seafood, and classic chicken and veal entrees. The restaurant describes its atmosphere as "loud enough to celebrate, quiet enough to hear your grandmother across the table," and it accommodates groups of 4 to 20 with split checks welcome.

Sole Mio runs weekly specials including a comfort soup on Tuesdays, Wine Night Wednesday, and Family Thursday, and offers catering for groups of 150 or more. Free parking is available at the Canyon Town Plaza location.
