Rossanos pizzas puts a twist on the classic pizzeria: its pies come out of a restored 1975 Airstream trailer parked in Delray Beach, complete with a hand-painted mural of Diego Maradona, the legendary Napoli soccer player. Owner Marcelo calls his approach "Contemporary Neapolitan Style," built on traditional technique with a modern eye.

The Details Behind the Dough

Rossanos uses imported Italian 00 flour and San Marzano tomatoes, with careful attention paid to dough fermentation. As Marcelo puts it, "the water, the duration of fermentation, the handling of the dough" all matter just as much as the passion behind them. Each pizza bakes in an Italian pizza oven, producing a crust that's light and airy with a signature charred edge.

A Community Story

The pizzeria was established in 2021 after community support helped keep the business going, and it has since built a devoted local following. It's located one block north of Popstroke mini golf, making it an easy stop before or after a round.
