Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival Returns for a 19th Grand Tasting

South Florida's most prestigious culinary program returns December 10-13, 2026, when Wine Spectator's Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival brings four days of chef-driven dinners, tastings, and wine pairings to venues across Palm Beach County.

Four Days, A-List Chefs

Founded in 2007, the festival has grown into a marquee event on South Florida's culinary calendar, spreading chef-driven dinners, walk-around tastings, wine pairings, and cooking classes across venues including the Four Seasons Resort, The Breakers, Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, Café Boulud, and Buccan. The 2026 lineup brings in celebrity chefs Daniel Boulud, Mauro Colagreco, Maneet Chauhan, Stephanie Izard, Robert Irvine, Tiffani Faison, Michelle Bernstein, Jose Garces, and Ashley Christensen across two dozen events.

The Grand Tasting Finale

The festival builds to its signature moment on the final day: the 19th Annual Grand Tasting at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, where guests can sample from dozens of restaurants and wineries in one afternoon. A portion of proceeds from the festival benefits the Els for Autism Foundation.
