The Jupiter location carries the family's name forward — literally, since "Lynora" honors Maria's grandmother, who first taught her to cook on Ponza — while operating as its own restaurant with its own bar scene and wood-fired pizza oven.

A Kitchen Trained by the Abbenante Family

Rather than being run at a distance, Jupiter's kitchen has been directed by chef Mario Mette, who trained under Maria Abbenante before taking over here, according to WPB Magazine.
