Guaca Go Delray Beach: Florida Fresh-Mex Bowls Built on Housemade Guac
Guaca Go Delray Beach brings a homegrown Florida concept to West Atlantic Avenue, serving a build-your-own menu of bowls, burritos, and salads with fresh guacamole worked into nearly everything on the menu. The fast-casual spot is part of a small but growing South Florida brand that has built its identity around avocados, customization, and clean ingredients.
From a Key Largo Roadside Stand to a Fresh-Mex Brand
Guaca Go traces back to 2016, when founders Amber Benjamin and Carson Bennett began selling guacamole and chips from a roadside stand outside a Key Largo bar, later growing into an events and catering business at festivals and sporting events. The concept moved into its first brick-and-mortar in Boynton Beach in 2020, followed by locations in West Palm Beach and, in June 2024, Delray Beach. The founders have described a deliberate, unhurried approach to expansion as the brand has grown across Palm Beach County.
Build-Your-Own Bowls Anchored by Housemade Guac
The Delray Beach menu centers on customizable bowls, burritos, and salads, with options such as the Florida Bowl (citrus kale, pineapple salsa, and elote corn), a Southwest Bowl with candied jalapeños and chipotle ranch, and an Avocado Caesar Salad, alongside proteins like sirloin steak and turmeric rice or saucy chickpeas for plant-based orders. The brand emphasizes cooking without seed oils and includes guacamole at no extra charge. Inside, the space is done up with natural light, large windows, avocado-themed decor, and bright green seating.
