Elisabetta's Ristorante: Old-World Italian Elegance on West Palm's Waterfront
Elisabetta's Ristorante Bar Pizzeria brings classic Italian dining to downtown West Palm Beach, the second location for chef Lisabet Summa and Big Time Restaurant Group following the original Delray Beach restaurant. Set in a freestanding building near The Ben hotel along the city's waterfront, the restaurant serves scratch-made pasta, wood-fired pizza, and other Italian staples in a room designed to evoke old-world Italy.
A Waterfront Setting Built Around a Bocce Court
The 10,000-square-foot restaurant seats roughly 300 guests across an elegant dining room and a sprawling multi-tiered patio overlooking the waterfront and an adjacent park. Outdoor features include a regulation-size bocce ball court, a 25-foot fireplace, vintage gazebo tables, and an indoor-outdoor bar, giving the space a resort-like, gathering-focused feel by day and night.
Scratch-Made Pasta and Naples-Style Pizza
Executive Chef Andris Salmanis oversees a kitchen built around from-scratch cooking, turning out house-made pasta, bread, sauces, and gelato alongside pizzas baked in ovens imported from Naples. Menu examples have included dishes like a hearth-baked Roman Lunch board with burrata and prosciutto, grilled Australian lamb chops, salmon with sun-dried tomatoes, and a Zuppa di Clams, alongside classic antipasti and dry-aged steaks. The restaurant also offers private event space and catering for larger gatherings.
