Charm City Burger Company opened its second location in downtown Boca Raton on January 23, 2026, bringing its smash-style burger concept south from Baltimore into the former Baja Cantina space near the Brightline stop and Sanborn Square Park. Co-owner Evan David, a past People's Choice Award winner at the Boca Burger Battle, now runs the growing burger brand alongside partner Mike Saperstein.
