Carmela Coffee's Wellington location, on Forest Hill Blvd, centers its menu on farm-to-cup coffee sourced from El Cuminate Farm, the brand's family-run estate in Costa Rica's West Valley. Beans are handpicked and small-batch roasted in Boca Raton before landing in cups at the Wellington café, a supply chain the company points to as the core of its identity.

Alongside espresso drinks, Carmela runs an all-day brunch, breakfast, and lunch menu with items like avocado caprese toast and a turkey, Swiss, and tomato sandwich — food built to pair with coffee rather than compete with it. The space is designed as a gathering spot, with a layout suited to settling in with friends over board games or conversation as easily as grabbing a to-go cup.

Loyalty and Community

Regulars can join Carmela's rewards program, earning points called "Beans" toward free drinks and other perks, and the café also caters for events and celebrations around Wellington.
